RecruitGibraltar are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a successful and diverse banking operation who, due to their continued success and expansion globally, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, innovative and driven professional. The role is responsible for onboarding and client operations of the bank’s clients. You will provide project management and operations support working with internal and external as well as liaising with Visa, Mastercard, clients, processors, card manufacturers, reconciliation providers and other third parties. You will also provide day to day client operational support for client queries and support the clients on new initiatives.

This is a 100% office based role.

What will you do as a Project Manager - Banking?

 Onboarding new clients;
 Undertaking scheme, regulatory or client initiated projects;
 Setting up Apple and Google Pay for existing and new clients;
 Project management - full lifecycle from inception to closure;
 Liaise with internal stakeholders i.e. operations, compliance, client relationships, finance and business development;
 Produce client MIS reports and gather information for other internal reporting;
 Chair and run internal and client/third party calls;
 Remediate client escalations and escalate to the Head of Operations when necessary;

What do you know that makes you a great Project Manager - Banking?

 Previous banking or financial services experience is essential
 Previous experience in running and managing projects is strongly preferred
 Self starter, with the ability to investigate and research new iniaitives;
 Strong organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure;
 Develop rapport and build strong relationships with different functions of the Bank;
 Be able to work closely and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders;
 Focused individual that is personable with good attention to detail;
 Project lifecycle management;

Salary £35k based on experience with bonus & benefits package.
